Ok if i just read random stuff is that good for my brain, instead of watching tv?

id say watching tv, u really dont cantain the random things u read as well as if u do wen u see them on tv.

if u do read random stuff, then i recommend slow reading in order to intake everything. and to ensure u dont miss any info.

but speed reading is cool, practice it b4, actually using it...

I don't know random means stupid and weird and unimportant so if you read random stuf I guess it's healthier than watching TV because your actually reading something.

Watch TV first, then if you miss something, do wiki.



Speedread first, then if you're interesting in the topics, reread it.
